Academic Year Programme: 25 weeks Study (25 lessons per week) + 8 Weeks Holiday = EUR 4700. In frames of this programme students can work 20 hours/week during term time and 40 hours for rest of time.

While some of our apartments are within walking distance, others are excellently connected by all public serivce routes (DART, Luas & public bus). Students can enjoy the comfort and safety of the excellently equipped apartments in these beautiful residential settings. Our apartments are fully fitted with all modern comforts included cable TV and Wi-Fi internet access.

Experienced and qualified staff
Our staff is experienced and qualified, including lecturers who hold an MBA, PhD or other relevant qualifications in their fields from internationally recognized institutions. Bringing their experience to classes, lecturers and teachers implement a practical approach into theoretical bases. As a result of this, our students undergo a learning process which from the outset prepares them for employment.
In 1991 Dublin was voted “European City of Culture”. It offers a unique blend of history alongside the most contemporary and cosmopolitan society living in Europe. Dublin has recently undergone great changes as a result of international economic investment. The city is vibrant with energy and attractions are rich and varied, ranging from ancient Celtic manuscripts to modern Internet Cafes. There is something for everyone in Dublin.
It is situated on the east coast with an international airport and extensive sea ferry services. The climate is temperate with no excesses of heat or cold. The city has an increasingly international population but nevertheless retains a true Irish flavour. Grafton College is located in Dublin 1.
The new immigration rules state that international students can only apply for those courses with an Irish Accreditation Body.

The course consists of General English and specific preparation for the FCE/ CAE/ IELTS and is included on the Department of Education and Science’s Internationalisation register of programmes approved by the Minister for Education and Science for the purpose of access to employment by students from outside the EU/EEA. |

Building
Grafton College occupies a five story listed building in the heart of Dublin, at a five minute walk from the famous Spire on O’Connell Street. All classrooms are bright, spacious and air-conditioned. The majority of classrooms have ICT facilities, including internet access, digital projection and audio equipment.
Library
The College has a highly specialised library situated on the ground floor. It is equipped with more than 4,700 books and provides access to electronic books, articles and online catalogues of major university and national libraries in Ireland. You will also have access to online journals and databases through your Moodle account. It also offers regularly updated course and self-study material for English language students, including audio material and books for exam preparation and specific purposes.
Modern IT Facilities
At Grafton College, students have access to five state-of-the-art computer labs as well as a dedicated Internet browsing area. There are over 100 PCs for student use which all provide free high speed Internet access and up-to-date software required to make your studies a success. All students also benefit from wifi hotspot zones as well as black and white, colour and multifunction printers.
24/7 Online Learning Resource (Moodle)
This up-to-date facility allows students and staff to communicate outside the classroom around-the-clock. Assignments, study material and other documents can be uploaded to/ downloaded from this online learning site. It also offers forum, database and wiki facilities.
Allocated Study and Meeting Areas
There are allocated study spaces and meeting areas throughout the College equipped with vending machines, where you can relax, revise or meet with friends at break times.
Friendly Staff
Our dedicated team provides you with plenty of support before, during and after your studies. Academic guidance, administrative help and personal advice are offered to make you feel comfortable in your new environment. The college's commitment to open and clear communications is evidenced by the fact that interpreting services in many different languages (including Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Urdu, German, Korean etc.) are available.
Accommodation
Given that the majority of our full-time students come from outside of Ireland and the European Union, we recognise how important it is for the College to help students find suitable accommodation. Our Accommodation Office is dedicated to this task and provides information on the types of accommodation available, and is pleased to assist students in obtaining a suitable place to live. We understand the importance of assisting students in finding accommodation prior to their arrival.
